Mini Mexican Orange Lobsters, also known as Orange Dwarf Crayfish, are bright orange freshwater crustaceans that add personality and color to any aquarium. Unlike larger crayfish, they stay small and are generally peaceful, making them a great choice for many community tanks.

Native to freshwater lakes and streams in Mexico.

Provide caves, rocks, driftwood, and plenty of hiding places, especially after molting.

Feed sinking pellets, algae wafers, blanched vegetables, frozen foods, and occasional protein-rich treats.

Use caution. They usually leave adult shrimp alone but may catch slow-moving shrimp or very small shrimplets.

Mini Mexican Orange Lobsters breed readily in freshwater aquariums. Females carry eggs under their tails until the babies hatch.
